It’s time to introduce a new way to celebrate rising seniors, one that brings the same magic, but in a way that gives juniors an even more personalized portrait experience for their senior year.
Here at Casaundra Sheppard Photography I like to think of my senior reps as family! This is a fun way to get to know each other, form lasting friendships, and support one another throughout your senior year. Being part of CSP gives you an unforgettable experience and makes your senior year truly special.
The last 11 years, I look for high school juniors to represent Casaundra Sheppard Photography during their senior year but this year will be the first year I expand and have a huge group of individuals that do things together.
. As a member of the team, you’ll join a fun, welcoming group of girls who participate in styled photoshoots, events, and other exciting opportunities.
Being a CSP Rep allows you to connect with other seniors, make new friends, support each other, and take part in creative photoshoots.
What Does Casaundra Sheppard Photography Look for in a Senior Rep?
Having a strong social media presence is very important as a senior rep, as this is where you’ll be sharing and tagging our photos from the shoots we do together. Being willing—and excited—to post and share from every shoot is a must, as you’ll be helping represent the Casaundra Sheppard Photography name.
Being comfortable in front of the camera is also important (don’t worry—I’ll guide you through every pose and detail just don't be shy. This it the time to shine!!). We’ll be doing lots of shoots together, so confidence, great attitude, or a willingness to step outside your comfort zone is key.
Most importantly, your heart means everything to me. I’m looking for seniors who want to be part of the rep team for more than just free photos—those who value experiences, friendships, laughter, and making lifelong memories.
I truly want a team of seniors who care about others, who want to make the world a better place, and who believe in leaving people, places, and things better than they found them.
Can I Work With Other Photographers?
As a senior rep for Casaundra Sheppard Photography, you are agreeing to represent and promote my photography business exclusively for senior and portrait sessions during your time on the team. This mutual agreement allows me to provide unique experiences, creative shoots, and beautiful images while you help share and represent the brand.
Because of this, senior reps should not participate in, post, tag, or share images from other portrait or senior photographers during their rep year.
The only exception to this is school-related media day sessions, such as sports photos or images taken by photographers contracted through your school. These sessions are completely fine and expected.
If you already plan to book other portrait or senior photographers outside of school-required sessions, the senior rep program may not be the best fit—and that’s perfectly okay.
What perks do you get being a CSP Rep?
-STYLED GROUP SHOOTS.
Being a part of the CSP team means amazing stylized photo shoots throughout the year! Some ideas summer minis, holidays, seasons, etc. There are 4 main group sessions that I need everyone to attend. Group shoot in June 6th 2026 , Fall, Winter, and Cap and Gown!!
I will have some smaller mini sessions but as much as id love to have everyone if you can't make it that is okay example are fair, holidays, some random summer ones etc.
-INDIVIDUAL SENIOR SESSION
In addition to the fun group shoots, each CSP Rep receives their own individual senior photo session planned with her unique personality in mind. ( 2 hours of shooting, 2 outfits, 2 locations)
-DIGITAL IMAGES from every photoshoot to share on social media.
-FUN EVENTS & MORE
Throughout the year, CSP Reps get together for some fun. Id at least like to do this twice. Once in the summer and once in the spring examples are pizza night, bomb fire, gift exchange, and more whatever time allows and maybe whatever fun idea they would like to do! We are always looking for ways to get together to create friendships that bond us together for a lifetime.
-Destination Trip (Optional)
Travel with your CSP Family on a fun group trip over the weekend where we also do styled shoot for group and individual. Nothing beats traveling together to experience new things and bond! Id love to pick a destination a couple hours away to hang out.
-PROM
Fun perk, CSP Reps always get a mini prom sessions the day of prom. I love throwing this in as a special little extra.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it matter where I attend high school?
No! As this is my first year doing a more involvement senior rep program with groups and different fun things, I have always had seniors from multiple different high schools. If you are willing to travel to me in SWVA ( Located in Tazewell, Va) and the surrounding areas for sessions, then I would love to work with you.
How much does it cost?
The Senior Rep cost is $650.
Now there may be some small additional cost per session individually if we attend a location that charges a rental fee, or attending certain location that charge to park or use facility, but other then anything hidden fees wise you will not have to expect that be thrown your way. I will let you know prior to session and can opt out if need be. I try to take care of all the small cost to help prevent this.
I do plan on doing a additional add-on option for the group such as a destination session, but these are all optional and will be planned in advance.
What if I’m not able to attend every shoot?
Throughout the year, there are four main group shoots that are an important part of the senior rep experience.
*First Group shoot in June
*Fall
*Winter
*Cap and Gown
I do ask that you also attend the Meet and Greet Party as well. This is where you will get you CSP swag and get to meet all the reps.
I understand that schedules can get busy and conflicts may arise, so attendance at every single shoot may not always be possible and that is okay.
While I hope to have full participation whenever possible, flexibility is necessary with a group of Senior of this quantity.
For mini group sessions, reps may attend the shoots that best fit their interests and availability. Ill have several different options that I plan on doing this year
Please keep in mind that group shoots are not able to be rescheduled or recreated for those who are unable to attend.
With the time and effort it takes to make these sessions happen it just isn't feasible to reshoot .

When will shoots be?
The first shoot of the year will take place in June 6th, 2026 at the meet and greet party in your CSP Swag. Then I have a additional summer session planned for the group in June -Date TBA.
I do schedule my other shoots on weekend evenings, usually a Sunday, if possible because most girls can make those shoots and it doesn't interfere with sports, jobs, etc.
I will also give two options for session dates and allow the reps to vote on which works best.
Do my parents need to be involved.
Yes! I ask that you please make your parents aware of the senior rep program and let them know that you are applying. I will reach out to your parents about the senior rep program if you are chosen as a part of the team to ensure that they are on board and aware of your responsibilities as a spokesmodel. Please let them know about your application so they aren't surprised by my email!
Do they need to be at every session. No, I know some seniors aren't comfortable taking pics with their parents but for the most part they are welcome to all the ones you are apart of. Team work makes the dream work.
Do you have payment plans?
I have 3 options
-Option 1 , Pay in full $650 and not have to worry about it the remainder of the year. All first payments must be made by end of March
-Option 2, You will make two equal payments of $325. All first payments must be made by end of March
-Option 3 , Split into 3 payments of $216.66. First payment must be paid time of end of March.
When do I find out if I have been accepted?
Within a few days of applying, I will send you a email with decision . Hang tight I won't leave you wondered to long :)
