For the past 11 years, I’ve chosen high school juniors to represent Casaundra Sheppard Photography during their senior year, and honestly… it just keeps getting better every single year! These sessions are all about having fun, being creative, and celebrating what makes you you. Let’s think outside the box, try new things, and make your senior year one you’ll never forget 💛

Can I Work With Other Photographers?
As a senior rep for Casaundra Sheppard Photography, you are agreeing to represent and promote my photography business exclusively for senior and portrait sessions during your time on the team. This mutual agreement allows me to provide unique experiences, creative shoots, and beautiful images while you help share and represent the brand.
Because of this, senior reps should not participate in, post, tag, or share images from other portrait or senior photographers during their rep year.
The only exception to this is school-related media day sessions, such as sports photos or images taken by photographers contracted through your school. These sessions are completely fine and expected.
If you already plan to book other portrait or senior photographers outside of school-required sessions, the senior rep program may not be the best fit—and that’s perfectly okay.
What Does Casaundra Sheppard Photography Look for in a Senior Rep?
Being willing—and excited—to post and share from every shoot is a must, as you’ll be helping represent the Casaundra Sheppard Photography name.
Being comfortable in front of the camera is also important but if not its okay, some arent (don’t worry—I’ll guide you through every pose and detail just don't be shy. This it the time to shine!!). We’ll be doing lots of shoots together, so confidence, great attitude, or a willingness to step outside your comfort zone is key.
I truly want a team of seniors who care about others, who want to make the world a better place, and who believe in leaving people, places, and things better than they found them.
A plus is tagging and sharing my work of you on you social media. This helps build my brand.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to be a CSP Rep!
Price will be $400
To save spot for representatives are non refundable $50. I will then collect another payment of half of remaining balance ($350) which would be non refundable $175. Then final payment of $175 will be a week prior to session.
Once small retainer is paid we will throw out dates and get on planner and start planning. If any of the dates scheduled is due to change we can always pick new ones things happen and I’m very workable and understanding.

Can we travel?
Yes. I do travel to locations. If it is over 2 hours I do ask that my gas is accommodated for. I love getting out and shooting locations I've never had the opportunity to shoot at.
What should I wear?
This is your session. This session is all about you. Let your personality shine!! The only thing I ask you to stay clear of is neons or a lot of wild patterns that clash. Other then yet I will help you guide the way and if clueless ill help direct you in the right path with examples you send me.

Does it matter what school I attend?
No! As this is my first year doing a more involvment senior rep program with groups and different fun things, I have always had seniors from multiple different high schools. If you are willing to travel to me in SWVA ( Located in Tazewell, Va) and the surrounding areas for sessions, then I would love to work with you.
